Reusable / washable textile social mask, inspired by a detail of a red carnation, symbol of the April 1974 Revolution. It is said that it was Celeste Caeiro, who worked in a restaurant on Rua Braancamp, in Lisbon, who, not having a cigarette to offer toa soldier who was in Rossio, gave him a red carnation, which immediately put it in the barrel of the shotgun.The gesture was seen and imitated and more popular and soldiers followed the idea and the image spread in Largo do Carmo.For this reason, it is called the April 25, 1974, the "Carnation Revolution".
