This website’s main goal is to make available to its users relevant information about the Cultural Heritage in Portugal. It belongs to the DGPC, with a registered office in Ajuda National Palace, Lisbon.

DGPC’s website observes the accessibility conditions required for citizens with special needs.

Data Protection Regulation

  1. Com a entrada em vigor do novo Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados (REGULAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 DO PARLAMENTO EUROPEU E DO CONSELHO, de 27 de abril de 2016), a Direção-Geral do Património Cultural (DGPC), criada pelo Decreto-Lei nº 115/2012, de 25 de maio, incluindo os serviços dependentes identificados no Anexo I do mesmo diploma legal, procedeu à atualização da sua política de privacidade.

  2. Os seus dados pessoais são importantes para a DGPC, assumindo-se o compromisso em garantir a sua proteção.

  3. A DGPC conserva apenas os dados necessários para os contatos fundamentados.

  4. Estes dados são utlizados exclusivamente para efeitos de envio de informação relativa às finalidades para que são utilizados, não sendo, em caso algum, fornecidos a outras entidades, salvaguardando as exceções legais.

  5. Os dados são conservados numa base de dados apenas enquanto durar a relação com os seus titulares, excetuando a possibilidade excecional de conservação, nos termos da alínea j) do nº 2 do artigo 9º, e do artigo 89º, ambos do RGPD, e/ou enquanto a DGPC estiver obrigada por imposição legal/tributária.

  6. Os titulares têm o direito de aceder, atualizar, retificar ou apagar os seus dados pessoais, ou ainda optar por não receber as comunicações da DGPC.

  7. Os termos da política de privacidade constam genericamente dos sítios da DGPC, dos seus serviços dependentes ou ainda das redes sociais.
